Legal Xtract clients can access key pricing, covenant and other information related to bonds and loans to assist in determining "market" provisions when structuring new transactions. In addition to data, clients can extract key portions of the actual document allowing for easy analysis of specific areas of the bond indentures and credit agreements. Additionally, we maintain and provide access to a library of over 50,000 documents related to corporate fixed income instruments and credit agreements.
